Service Description
Small-group matwork Pilates classes in Point Clare, near Gosford on the NSW Central Coast. Classes are held at the Girl Guides Hall, Fagan Park, on Mondays at 6:00 pm and Fridays at 9:15 am. Suitable for different levels of experience, with individual modifications and a focus on building strength, balance, mobility and confidence in everyday movement. Please bring: * Socks - for hygiene reasons (grippy ones are great, but no need to buy anything special) * Water - due to COVID we request you please bring your own water * Mat - I will have a few that can be used if you don't have your own

We kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. Please call 0401 256 626 if you need to cancel. Please note, while we do not offer refunds, if you give us at least 24hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Class. If you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you may lose any payments you have already made.
