Helena, 56, has called the Central Coast home since 2015.nShe is a Diploma-qualified Pilates teacher with hundreds of hours of supervised training and thousands of hours of teaching experience.
Her personal journey through child birth challenges, injury recovery, the natural effects of aging, peri-menopause, and managing chronic aches has given her a deep understanding of the physical challenges the body can experience over time. This lived experience shapes her compassionate and effective teaching style.
Pilates at Life Fit Pilates complements many active lifestyles, including strength training, walking, and recreational sports like pickleball. By preparing the nervous system, enhancing joint range of motion, and building foundational strength, Pilates helps you move well before moving fast or lifting heavy.
